Maungdaw, Arakan State: An inspector of Maungdaw police station Nyi Nyi Lwin Soe tortured and killed a Rohingya businessman in custody on the night of July 21. He was picked up on suspicion of being involved in business with a man who fled with money from another businessman Noor Hussein, a Bangladeshi, said a relative of the victim on condition of anonymity.
